Just figured I'd drop in for old times sake and say "Hi" to all that loved and supported what was a good thing.
We all had a good time together, and so I am ready to keep the old spirit alive in new incarnations.
Cheers and love to you all.
:)

From an email I just received from Steve...
Hey Guys and Girls!
Families, Friends of Ironcat!!

Steve Bennett here with an invitation for all for a good time this weekend!
My brother in-law (Nikki [Steve's wife]'s lil' bro!) Pete Chiappinelli will be playing with his most awesome Rock Band at the Cafe New Orleans club,in our very own town of Fredericksburg [VA] this up coming Saturday night!
The Band "Highway Ten" will be jamming at 9:00 pm and everyone is welcome to come up and support him and have a good time with us all!
Their styling is highly original with some( My opinion) of Lenny Cravitz, Hard Rythm & Blues, 70's -2000 Good time Rock and Roll!
And it is not just that he is relatedo my most awesome babe either that I am so jazzed about this band although music does run through the Chiappinelli genes lol!!
You can check out the band futher on line at www.highwayten.com and be assured that what I say is true!
Afterwards the night will still be young so let's have fun and eat together as well or something man!
Yours sincerely,
Steve Bennett

Hey everyone, just got back from AFO4 and spent some time with Steve. I actually told him about this community, and he had no idea there was a lj forum for I.C., and doesn't even know what LJ is. But, I told him once he gets his computer fixed I would help him understand.

But for anyone who doesn't know about this: SAVE IRONCAT!

They are having a bit of a money problem at the moment, and anything you buy from them will help. It's a long story, which Steve likes to tell, but seriously, I would hate for him to lose his company. If you go to a con, and see him, buy stuff from him. Go to his site and order those books you wanted. Help him out, ok?

At AFO4 there was a nice group of people in the artist alley that made pins with SAVE IRONCAT on them, with the mascot of I.C. and sold them for a dollar each, then donated the proceeds. He was so shocked and happy, it made me wanna cry. ;_; And all the artist donated some money that they made.

Save Steve's company, and help all the artist that work for him.

Hi! When Ironcat first started out I bought all their titles. For the past 1 year I've been cautious about my comic purchases so I haven't been picking up all the manga like I want to. (Including Ironcat...eep.) I visited the Ironcat website and I'm very pleased with the current line-up. (I need to catch up on my Futabakun Change!)

I'm really looking forward to the Amerimanga book, 90 pages--monthly? Should be interesting.... :>
